What tolerances can you hold on custom parts?
Critical features are machined to ±0.005 mm where geometry allows — figures are capability benchmarks confirmed per drawing. Every RFQ receives a DFM review that flags the achievable tolerances for your material, geometry and process before quoting.
Do you accept prototype and low-volume orders?
Yes — from single prototypes to annual series. The RFQ form asks for prototype and annual quantities so we can propose the right process and finish for each stage.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Our engineering team typically replies within 1–2 business days with DFM feedback, achievable tolerances and a lead-time quote. Drawings are treated as confidential; an NDA can be signed on request.
Which materials and finishes do you work with?
Aluminum and copper for cooling components, Kovar and stainless steel for laser and semiconductor packages, plus alloy steels and engineering polymers. Finishing includes electroplating (Cu–Ni–Au stacks, nickel, gold), anodizing, passivation and marking.
